If you're like most people, you probably spend a good portion of your day sitting down. Whether you're working at a desk, commuting to and from work, or relaxing at home, it's not uncommon to spend several hours each day sedentary. However, recent studies have shown that this isn't good for your health. In fact, sitting for long periods of time has been linked to a number of health problems, including obesity, heart disease, and even cancer. That's why it's important to make sure that you get up and move around regularly throughout the day.
Having full range or better yet full mobility in our joints helps decrease the risk of injury.
We often think of functional mobility in terms of being able to touch our toes or do a deep squat. However, mobility refers to the range of motion (ROM) at a given joint. The greater the ROM, the more mobile the joint. For example, someone with full mobility in their shoulder can move their arm all the way overhead.
There are many benefits to having full mobility in our joints, including decreased risk of injury. When we have a full range of motion, our muscles and tendons are better able to absorb force. This is especially important when we participate in activities that involve jumping or other explosive movements.
If you lack mobility in a particular joint, there are a number of things you can do to improve it. First, start by gently stretching the muscles around the joint. You can also use foam rollers or lacrosse balls to massage the muscles and help them relax. Once you've loosened up the muscles, work on specific exercises that will help improve your range of motion.
Remember, it takes time to improve your mobility. Be patient and consistent with your stretching and exercise routine, and you'll eventually see results.
Although fitness mobility can be a complex topic and improving your mobility will require patience to achieve success, it is important to understand the importance of mobility. To lead an active and healthy lifestyle, achieving a level of mobility is key. Whether you are looking to improve your range of motion for sports or exercise, or reduce pain and stiffness from injuries or chronic conditions, mobility is essential.
There are many benefits to improving your mobility, including:
• Reduced pain and stiffness
• Improved range of motion
• Increased flexibility
• Enhanced athletic performance
• Decreased risk of injury
• improved quality of life

3 x 5 = 3 sets for 5 repetitions per set. These routines should be done in a circuit fashion: you move directly from one exercise to the next after each set. This means that you do one set of all exercises and then start all over again from the first exercise in the second round (sets).
